Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

 

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.


Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Delays

Filthy Rich Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.


Lost or Marked Delivered Packages

If your tracking indicates “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. We are unable to issue refunds for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage for reshipment.

Due to the rare and one-of-one nature of vintage and archival pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing.
